Why was Qigong Wave created?
The creation of this website stems from my personal healing journey. In the past, I suffered from various health issues, including hyperthyroidism, chronic inflammation, a weak spleen and stomach, and frequent colds and fevers due to low immunity. Through the self-practice of Qigong and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I completely freed myself from these illnesses and miraculously restored my core vitality. Today, I maintain abundant energy every single day. I created Qigong Wave to share this life-changing, innate healing power with more people in need.
What makes Qigong different from other exercises?
The most unique aspect of Qigong is that it does not require vigorous physical exertion or intense gym equipment. It guides the flow of energy through deep breathing, soothing movements, and gentle stretching. These movements are incredibly mild and accessible to absolutely anyone. It is a sustainable practice that keeps the body in a long-term state of healthy balance, thereby reducing the risk of illness. Furthermore, it is highly flexible—you don't need a specific venue; you can start practicing anytime, anywhere.
What does the "Wave" in Qigong Wave mean?
In physics and cosmology, a "Wave" is a fundamental element that makes up the world. Everything has a frequency, and the flow of "Qi" (energy) and blood in the human body is also a type of wave vibration. We named our brand Qigong Wave because we believe that through Qigong practice, you can tune your body's frequency, allowing your internal energy flow to resonate with the frequencies of the natural universe, achieving deep physical and mental harmony.
Who is Qigong for, and what are the benefits?
Qigong is for everyone, regardless of your age, gender, or fitness level. Beyond strengthening the body, Qigong is highly effective in relieving modern anxiety and stress, boosting immunity, improving sleep disorders, and reducing chronic inflammation and pain. How much time is needed daily? Can I learn it without any foundation?
Many people worry that they can't learn without a foundation. In reality, Qigong has no threshold for flexibility or physical fitness. You don't need to force any movements; absolutely anyone can easily get started. We recommend setting aside 30 to 60 minutes each day for your practice. Please don't view this as a chore—this is your exclusive daily "recharge" time for your body and mind. During this time, you can unplug from the outside world and follow your breath and simple movements, feeling the energy repair and flow within you. Once you experience your body becoming lighter and your energy growing more abundant day by day, this half-hour to an hour will become the most anticipated part of your day.

In modern life, our attention is often entirely consumed by the outside world, leading to a long-term disconnection between body and mind—which is the root of many illnesses and anxiety.
